Subscription, Pre-Order & Trial Purchase Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase.
This policy explains how these purchases work and how they may be modified or cancelled.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at each billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription Discount Policy

Products offered with a subscription discount require a minimum of two successful billing cycles before cancellation.

If the subscription is cancelled before completing the minimum billing cycles, the order may be adjusted to the standard one-time purchase price, and the discount difference may be charged.

Managing Your Subscription

You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Subscription changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are currently out of stock or not yet released.

When placing a pre-order:

• You may be charged a partial deposit or full payment at checkout
• Your payment method may be securely stored
• The remaining balance may be charged when the product becomes available

You may cancel a pre-order before it is fulfilled.

Once the order has been shipped or fulfilled, it will follow our standard return and refund policy.


Try Before You Buy

For products offered under a try before you buy program, your payment method will be authorized before shipment.

You will have a limited evaluation period to decide whether to keep the product.

If the product is not returned within the specified time period, the full purchase amount will be automatically charged.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.


Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products returned after the return window may not be eligible for refund.

All returns must be approved by customer support prior to shipment.


Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to first contact our customer support team to resolve any issues regarding your order.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us may result in:

• Suspension of future purchases
• Account restrictions
• Investigation of potential policy abuse
